This tour will pass through some of the most historical and typical quarters of the city from Alfama to Rossio. Journey into the presence of the Jewish communities that were in Lisbon. For the past 900 years, Lisbon probably has been the peninsular Sephardic city with the most relevance to the Jewish memory. A past that was built by some of its communities that settled in this region and here developed their trade leaving clear marks of their culture.

In order to make this an unforgettable experience and to provide you with the most accurate historical facts, we prepared this tour in collaboration with, Marina Pignatelli Ph.D. who has been researching the Portuguese Jewish reality for more than twenty years.
